estusic.

Your teaching studio, kept in one place.

estusic holds a music teacher's week: who comes when, who came, who is owed a makeup, who has paid for the month, and what each student should practise — with a page each family can open to see the same.

What it does

A weekly schedule, with makeups

Give each student a regular slot — Tuesdays at 17:30, 45 minutes — and the week fills itself in. When a lesson is missed with notice or you cancel it, estusic keeps it on a list of makeups owed until you book one or decide it is not owed.

Attendance and monthly statements

Mark each lesson attended, absent with notice, cancelled or a no-show. On the first of the month every student with a fee has a statement, with that month's lessons beside it, so the months still unpaid are a list rather than a memory.

Practice assignments

Set each student what to practise and by when, and attach the page of music or a recording to play along with. Families can tick an assignment off as practised.

A page for each family

Every student has a private link for their parents: upcoming lessons, attendance, your lesson notes, practice assignments and their statements. No account and no password to remember.

Recital planning

A list for each recital: who plays what, in which order, and whether the piece is chosen, being learned or ready.

Messages you choose to send

Send a lesson note or a month's statement to a parent by email when you want to. Nothing is sent to a family on its own.

Who it is for

Private music teachers, and small music schools that run on one person's schedule. If you keep lessons in a calendar, fees in a spreadsheet and assignments on paper, this is meant to replace the three of them.

estusic is new. Ask for early access and we will write back to set you up.
